Career Overview

Do you enjoy helping people turn their travel dreams into reality while providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding remote team as Travel Booking Sales Agent.

As a Travel Booking Sales Agent, you'll assist clients with selecting and reserving vacations that fit their interests, schedules, and budgets. You'll guide travelers through available options, answer questions, coordinate booking details, and help ensure every trip is planned with accuracy and care. From tropical resorts and cruises to family vacations, destination celebrations, and international adventures, you'll help clients enjoy a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a flexible remote career where relationship-building, communication, and attention to detail are key to success. No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide complete training, mentorship, and ongoing professional support.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with clients to understand their vacation preferences and travel objectives
  • Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, and sightseeing opportunities
  • Recommend travel packages that align with each client's interests and budget
  • Coordinate reservations for lodging, transportation, activities, and vacation experiences
  • Explain available promotions, travel options, and additional services
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, online messaging, and virtual meetings
  • Work with travel suppliers to secure reservations and confirm travel arrangements
  • Verify booking details, confirmations, and itineraries for accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records of reservations and client communications
  • Stay informed about destination updates, supplier offerings, and industry developments
  • Provide outstanding service before, during, and after the booking process

Qualifications

  • Interest in travel, customer service, hospitality, tourism, sales, or relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to build trust and provide personalized client support
  • Comfortable working independently from a remote location
  • Familiarity with computers and web-based applications
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved hiring countries
