Position Summary

Our growing remote team is looking for friendly, organized, and service-minded individuals to join us as Travel Care Team Advisors. In this role, you'll support travelers throughout their planning journey by providing helpful guidance, coordinating travel details, and ensuring clients receive outstanding assistance before, during, and after their trips.

What You'll Do

  • Assist travelers with questions related to vacations, destinations, reservations, and travel services
  • Learn about client preferences, interests, and travel goals to provide personalized support
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation options, excursions, and vacation experiences
  • Present travel recommendations that align with individual needs and budgets
  • Support the coordination of bookings, itineraries, and trip-related arrangements
  • Provide travelers with confirmations, schedules, travel documents, and important updates
  • Assist with itinerary modifications, special requests, and travel-related concerns
  • Review travel plans and reservation details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor upcoming departures and help keep travel arrangements on track
  • Maintain organized client records, communication history, and trip details within company systems
  • Stay informed through ongoing training, supplier updates, and destination education programs
