As a Travel Customer Solutions Advisor, you will assist clients with travel coordination, reservation support, and trip-related service assistance while helping ensure a seamless planning process.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking for flexible remote work with growth potential. No prior travel industry experience is required, as full training, resources, and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, and travel packages
  • Research destinations, travel options, pricing, and accommodations using approved company platforms
  • Review reservation details and travel confirmations to help maintain accurate itineraries
  • Provide helpful recommendations and customer support based on client preferences and travel goals
  • Communicate with clients professionally through phone, email, and online messaging systems
  • Assist with itinerary adjustments, booking modifications, and service-related requests
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, onboarding sessions, and continued training programs
