Are you someone who enjoys organizing details, finding solutions, and helping people plan experiences they'll look forward to?

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals interested in building a flexible opportunity within the leisure travel industry.

As a Vacation Planning Advisor, you will work directly with clients to understand their vacation interests, explore suitable destinations, and help arrange travel experiences that align with their preferences and budgets.

You'll have the opportunity to assist with all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family getaways, romantic vacations, luxury retreats, group trips, and international travel.

Whether you're exploring a new career direction or looking for a flexible business opportunity, previous travel experience is not required. Training and professional resources are available.

How You'll Support Clients

  • Consult with travelers to understand their ideal vacation experience
  • Gather information about preferred destinations, dates, budgets, and travel needs
  • Identify resorts, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages that fit client requests
  • Research available excursions, transportation, tours, and destination activities
  • Compare accommodations, supplier offerings, and promotional opportunities
  • Create personalized vacation proposals for client consideration
  • Explain package inclusions, booking conditions, and payment requirements
  • Coordinate approved travel arrangements using authorized reservation platforms
  • Double-check traveler information, booking dates, and confirmation details
  • Organize itineraries, reservation documents, and client communication records
  • Keep clients updated on important deadlines and outstanding booking requirements
  • Provide ongoing assistance with routine questions and travel preparations

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Good judgment when researching and comparing available options
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing tasks and setting personal priorities
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another qualifying region
