Votre quotidien ?

En tant que Trading Application Support Specialist dans le cadre d’un stage de longue durée de 4 à 6 mois basé à Paris ou Dubai, vous intégrerez une équipe de 5 personnes et vous aurez comme objectif principal d’assurer avec succès, le déploiement de nos solutions chez nos clients (brokers, banques d’investissement, places boursières...) :

  • Etablir un contact direct avec le client tout le long du process de résolution des incidents et être le garant de la bonne utilisation du logiciel chez le client,
  • Analyser les incidents et définir leur niveau de criticité, selon les process et outils mis à disposition,
  • Prendre en charge les sollicitations du client jusqu’à leur résolution ou escalade, préconisant des solutions de contournement si nécessaire,
  • Déployer et installer nos solutions ou des nouvelles fonctionnalités chez le client Former les clients (utilisateurs et équipes IT) à nos solutions,
  • Partager avec les équipes Client Delivery Manager dédiées et Engineering les enjeux et attendus client.

Et si c’était vous ?

  • Diplômé d’un BAC+5 en informatique, vous souhaitez travailler sur un poste alliant relation client et analyse technique,
  • Vous recherchez un stage de longue durée, de 4 à 6 mois,
  • Vous avez un intérêt pour la finance de marché et le trading,
  • Le sens du service client, d’excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, de communication et un esprit d’équipe sont des qualités qui vous décrivent,
  • Vous avez une bonne capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction et parlez couramment anglais (oral et écrit),
  • La connaissance de base des systèmes d'exploitation Linux, de l'administration système, de tous les langages OO et expérience SDLC est un plus.
