Das erwartet dich bei uns

Als Supply Chain & Logistik Specialist (w/m/d) mit mind. 32 Stunden pro Woche, übernimmst du die Planung und Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Transporte (Land-, Luft- und Seefracht) und verantwortest ein effizientes Transportmanagement entlang der gesamten Supply Chain. Dabei koordinierst du Logistikdienstleister, stellst die Einhaltung von Zoll- und Exportbestimmungen sicher, steuerst das Bestandsmanagement im ERP-System und unterstützt durch Reporting und Analyse die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Kosten, Laufzeiten und Prozessen.

Transportmanagement (national & international) Du planst und steuerst nationale sowie internationale Transporte (Land/Luft/See), koordinierst auch Sonder- und Eiltransporte und behältst Termine, Laufzeiten sowie Kosten im Blick. Inklusive Frachtkalkulation und Rechnungsprüfung.

Steuerung von Logistikdienstleistern Du arbeitest eng mit externen Logistik- und Fulfillmentpartnern zusammen, unterstützt bei der Steuerung auf Basis definierter SLAs und hilfst dabei, die Zusammenarbeit kontinuierlich zu optimieren.

Zoll- & Exportabwicklung Du prüfst die Einhaltung aktueller Zoll- und Exportbestimmungen, erstellst und kontrollierst exportrelevante Dokumente wie Handelsrechnungen und Ausfuhrbegleitdokumente und entwickelst deine Fachkenntnisse in diesem Bereich weiter.

Bestandsmanagement & Warenbewegungen Du führst Bestandsverschiebungen zwischen internen und externen Lagern durch und buchst alle Warenbewegungen zuverlässig in unserem ERP-System.

Reporting & Analyse Du wirkst bei der Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports zu Frachtkosten, Laufzeiten und Dienstleister-Performance mit und unterstützt dabei, fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu schaffen.

Das wünschen wir uns von dir

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition, Supply Chain oder ähnliches
  • Erste relevante BerufserfahrungTransportdisposition (national & international) Land-,Luft-, und/oder Seefracht Zoll- und Exportabwicklung
  • Erfahrung in gängigen Office-Programmen
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke mit einem sicheren Auftreten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Gutes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben sorgfältig zu planen, zu strukturieren und termingerecht umzusetzen
  • Problemlösungskompetenz sowie die Bereitschaft, sich eigenständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Gewissenhafte, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Genauigkeit
