Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Executar manutenções corretivas, preventivas e preditivas em sistemas automatizados, eletroeletrônicos e de controle industrial;
  • Diagnosticar falhas em CLPs, IHMs, inversores de frequência, Servo acionamentos, redes industriais e instrumentação. Analisar falhas recorrentes e liderar ações para eliminação de causa raiz (RCA);
  • Interpretar e atualizar diagramas elétricos, eletrônicos e lógicos dos sistemas de automação;
  • Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso das normas de segurança (NR-10, NR-12, NR-35 e correlatas) durante intervenções;
  • Atuar na padronização de procedimentos, planos de manutenção e boas práticas técnicas. Apoiar tecnicamente a equipe de manutenção em situações críticas;
  • Registrar intervenções, falhas e melhorias nos sistemas de gestão da manutenção (SAP PM);
  • Propor e implementar melhorias contínuas, modernizações e retrofits em sistemas de automação;
  • Atuar junto a fornecedores e integradores para start-up, comissionamento, testes e melhorias de equipamentos;
  • Contribuir para iniciativas de Indústria 4.0, como coleta de dados, sensoriamento, conectividade e confiabilidade de ativos;
  • Apoiar o planejamento de manutenção e a definição de peças críticas e sobressalentes.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Vivência no ramo automotivo (Injeção de alumínio, Usinagem e Montagem);
  • Formação técnica completa em Automação Industrial, Eletrotécnica, Eletrônica ou Mecatrônica;
  • Conhecimento em CLPs (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider ou similares), comandos elétricos e sistemas de controle. Inversores de frequência e servo drives, instrumentação industrial e calibração. Redes industriais (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP);
  • Leitura e interpretação de esquemas elétricos;
  • Ferramentas de diagnóstico (multímetro, alicate amperímetro, osciloscópio);
  • Sistemas de gestão da manutenção – SAP PM ou similares;
  • Conceitos de Indústria 4.0 e confiabilidade de ativos;
  • Desejável Inglês técnico/intermediário (leitura de manuais, diagramas, documentação técnica);
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos (1º, 2º e 3º), conforme necessidade.
