Wir suchen ab sofort einen Kundenservicemitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Standort Fulda oder bis zu 100 % remote.

Dein Job

  • Als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden sorgst du per E-Mail, Telefon und Chat für ein positives Kundenerlebnis.
  • Unsere Kunden berätst du kompetent rund um unsere Produkte, Bestellungen und Services.
  • Kundenanfragen und Bestellungen bearbeitest du eigenständig und findest dabei lösungsorientierte Antworten.
  • Die operative Auftragsabwicklung unterstützt du aktiv und pflegst Aufträge zuverlässig in unserem ERP-System.
  • Gemeinsam mit internen Teams wie Logistik, Einkauf und Sales arbeitest du daran, eine reibungslose Customer Journey sicherzustellen.
  • Durch die Pflege von Stammdaten und Systemen leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer hohen Datenqualität.
  • Optimierungspotenziale in Prozessen erkennst du eigenständig und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung ein.

Dein Profil

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice konntest du bereits sammeln.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie eine hohe Service-Mentalität zeichnen dich aus, und du hast Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kunden.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Engagement bringst du mit.
  • Zu deinen Stärken zählen Zuverlässigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse bringst du für die Arbeit in unserem internationalen Umfeld mit; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Reitsport bzw. im Umgang mit Pferden runden dein Profil ab.
