Dein Job

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Erstellung und Versand von E-Mail-Kampagnen und Newslettern
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kundensegmenten und Zielgruppen im CRM-System
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Marketing-Automatisierungen und Trigger-Kampagnen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Loyalty-Programme mit Blick auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Reitsport-Community
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting, Analyse und Interpretation von CRM-Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Loyalty-Programmen

Dein Profil

  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Newsletter-Marketing (z. B. Versand, Texterstellung oder Segmentierung)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit einer CRM-Software (z. B. Klaviyo, Loyalty Lion, Shopify o. Ä.) von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse oder Interesse am Reitsport von Vorteil
  • Interesse an datengetriebenem Marketing und Verständnis für KPIs wie Open Rate, Click Rate und Conversion Rate
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Excel oder Google Sheets (Pivottabellen, SVERWEIS)
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen Schnittstellen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
