Estamos em busca de um profissional para a função de Terapeuta Ocupacional I.

PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Realizar avaliação terapêutico-ocupacional, identificando limitações funcionais, cognitivas, sensoriais e psicossociais.
  • Elaborar plano terapêutico individualizado, com definição de objetivos funcionais e estratégias de intervenção.
  • Desenvolver e aplicar atividades terapêuticas voltadas à reabilitação das atividades de vida diária (AVDs) e atividades instrumentais de vida diária (AIVDs).
  • Atuar na reabilitação de pacientes com comprometimentos físicos, neurológicos, cognitivos e oncológicos.
  • Realizar intervenções voltadas à adaptação funcional, treino de habilidades, conservação de energia e manejo da fadiga.
  • Indicar, confeccionar ou orientar o uso de tecnologias assistivas, órteses e adaptações ambientais quando necessário.
  • Atuar na prevenção e manejo de complicações decorrentes do tratamento oncológico, como fadiga, dor, limitações funcionais e alterações cognitivas.
  • Orientar pacientes e familiares quanto à continuidade do tratamento, organização da rotina e estratégias de autocuidado.
  • Registrar evoluções, condutas e resultados em prontuário eletrônico, assegurando a qualidade e rastreabilidade das informações.
  • Participar de discussões de casos e reuniões com a equipe multiprofissional.
  • Cumprir protocolos assistenciais, normas institucionais, de biossegurança e de humanização.
  • Participar de programas de educação continuada e ações institucionais.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Graduação completa em Terapia Ocupacional.
  • Registro ativo no CREFITO.
  • Desejável pós-graduação ou especialização em Reabilitação Física, Neurológica, Oncológica ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência profisisonal prévia em contexto hospitalar ou ambulatorial.
  • Conhecimento em avaliação funcional e desempenho ocupacional.
  • Domínio de técnicas de reabilitação em AVDs e AIVDs.
  • Conhecimento em prescrição e adaptação de tecnologias assistivas.
  • Noções de reabilitação oncológica, incluindo manejo de fadiga e limitações funcionais.
  • Conhecimento de protocolos assistenciais e boas práticas em saúde.

  • Escala 04:48, 24 horas semanais, segunda a sexta-feira;
