Executar atividades de apoio administrativo nas áreas de Atendimento, manter a organização e arquivamento de documentos, elaboração de relatórios e formulários, levantamentos de informações para suporte a tomadas de decisão, entre outros.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Orientar e acompanhar as atividades realizadas pelos setores de Atendimento;• Disseminar a equipe as informações e orientações passadas pela Coordenação de Atendimento;• Acompanhar e direcionar o fluxo de atendimento com os novos colaboradores;• Controlar e tabular 6º dia útil de cada mês as estatísticas e relatórios mensais das áreas de atendimento; • Acompanha banco de horas das áreas de atendimento realizada pela liderança; • Efetuar requisição de compras conforme solicitação e autorização;• Acompanhar cronograma de férias dos colaboradores;• Elaborar e acompanha escalas de trabalho e folga dos colaboradores das áreas de atendimento;• Elaborar e acompanhar os processo setores de atendimento, procurando garantir o constante andamento do atendimento em cada setor,de forma atuante e presente;• Acompanhar os serviços prestados, avaliando equipamentos e os recursos internos, efetuando ajustes e adequações para otimizar e manter a qualidade dos serviços;• Elaborar relatórios relativos a sua área de atuação, encaminhando a Coordenação de Atendimento para análises de resultados;• Conferir cartões de pontos das áreas de atendimento;• Realizar avaliações de candidatos para áreas de atendimento junto ao setor RH;• Realizar avaliações de experiência;• Realizar contatos com empresas terceiras como: FIDI, CROSS, SES, DATASUS, e outras;• Acompanhar processo de licença de funcionamento dos equipamentos radiológicos junto a Vigilância;• Realizar plantão administrativo conforme escala de rodízio estabelecida e divulgada.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo;Desejável Pós Graduação completa.
