The posting

Responsável por supervisionar a equipe de atendimento no salão, garantindo a execução dos padrões de serviço, a organização das operações e a satisfação dos clientes. Atua no apoio direto à gerência, colaborando com a gestão de escalas, orientação da equipe, resolução de ocorrências e cobertura de férias ou ausências da liderança. Deve assegurar o bom andamento do atendimento, o cumprimento das normas da casa e o ambiente colaborativo entre os colaboradores.

Requisitos:

· Ensino médio completo

· Desejável ter conhecimento em manipulação de alimentos e boas práticas

· Desejável curso em Maître e Barismo

· Experiência prévia em cargos de supervisão ou gerência em restaurantes ou estabelecimentos similares.

· Conhecimento em sistemas de reservas e software de gestão de restaurantes.

  • Apoiar a gerência na liderança da equipe de atendimento, assegurando o bom funcionamento do salão.
  • Cobrir férias, folgas e ausências da gerência, garantindo a continuidade das operações e a manutenção dos padrões de serviço.
  • Monitorar o atendimento ao cliente, orientando a equipe e intervindo em situações que exijam suporte imediato.
  • Colaborar com o treinamento prático e contínuo da equipe, reforçando as diretrizes de atendimento, postura e cortesia.
  • Auxiliar na organização e controle das escalas de trabalho, turnos e alocação da equipe.
  • Atuar na gestão do salão, apoiando o controle de reservas, listas de espera e disposição das mesas.
  • Acompanhar eventos e reservas de grupos, garantindo que todas as demandas sejam atendidas conforme planejado.
  • Realizar o atendimento direto ao cliente sempre que necessário, assegurando uma experiência positiva e eficiente.
  • Executar o fechamento de caixa, conferindo valores e garantindo a correta prestação de contas ao final do expediente.
  • Identificar e reportar à gerência feedbacks de clientes e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Zelar pela organização e disponibilidade dos materiais e insumos de atendimento, comunicando necessidades de reposição.
  • Promover um ambiente de trabalho respeitoso, motivador e focado na excelência no atendimento.
