Sobre a Vaga

Objetivo: Prestar apoio na execução das rotinas operacionais da área, garantindo o controle das notas fiscais, o envio das informações para a contabilidade externa e o acompanhamento das atividades de fechamento contábil da operação LATAM.

🎯Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar na execução e no acompanhamento das atividades do fechamento contábil mensal da operação LATAM, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos.
  • Realizar a importação, validação e atualização das informações de notas fiscais recebidas por meio dos portais fiscais de cada país, mantendo o controle de registros atualizados em nosso sistema.
  • Monitorar as notas fiscais emitidas contra a empresa, assegurando que sejam devidamente identificadas, registradas no período contábil correto e encaminhadas à contabilidade externa dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Apoiar a revisão de conciliações contábeis e análises de contas, identificando inconsistências e acompanhando sua regularização.
  • Atender às solicitações de documentação das áreas Comercial e demais departamentos internos, assegurando agilidade, organização e qualidade nas entregas.
  • Apoiar a renovação, atualização e organização de documentos societários, fiscais e administrativos, garantindo sua disponibilidade e conformidade.
  • Formação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Finanças (completo ou cursando).
  • Experiência em rotinas contábeis e processos de fechamento mensal.
  • Espanhol intermediário ou avançado para comunicação frequente com a contabilidade externa dos países da América Latina.
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado.
