Voor onze F&B afdeling zoeken wij enthousiaste en gemotiveerde medewerkers met passie voor de horeca.

Dagelijks krijg je te maken met diverse werkplekken in het hotel en er is geen één dag hetzelfde!

Ons hotel beschikt over twee bistro's met bar en een gezellig terras. Van 's ochtends tot 's avonds bieden we buffetten, à la carte gerechten, snacks en drankjes aan. Op de menukaart van Bistro Stiel vind je een mix van Valk klassiekers, typisch Belgische gerechten en seizoensuggesties. Wie zin heeft in een snelle en lekkere snack kan terecht in onze gezellige bar voor een burger of fingerfood. Joe's Food & Drinks is het restaurant van het Business Center. 's Middags vinden hier de Business lunches plaats, overdag verzorgen we de coffee breaks en aan het einde van de dag organiseren we after meeting drinks en zetten we de zalen klaar voor nieuwe gasten.

Bij ons werk je in een open, spontane sfeer en krijg je veel gelegenheid om jezelf te ontplooien. Samen doen we er alles aan om onze gasten de hoogst mogelijke service te bieden!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opnemen van bestellingen, gasten adviseren bij drank- en menukeuze;
  • Serveren van gerechten en dranken;
  • Verzorgen van mise en place;
  • Bedienen tijdens conferenties, recepties en partijen;
  • Opbouw van zalen, recepties en/of partijen;
  • Aannemen en noteren van tafelreserveringen;
  • Op- en afruimen na afloop van conferenties, recepties en partijen, tijdens à la carte service restaurant of bar.

Je bent:

  • Ervaren en hebt kennis van vakjargon en producten of je hebt ambitie om veel bij te leren;
  • Communicatief en hebt kennis van Nederlands en Engels;
  • Gast- en servicegericht, je speelt in op de wensen van de gasten;
  • Representatief, gastvrij en stressbestendig;
  • Enthousiast en energiek;
  • Flexibel;
