Over Ons Tijdens jouw stage op onze Finance afdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve uitvoering. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het realiseren van een betrouwbare en waarheidsgetrouwe financiële administratie en de verslaglegging daarvan. Het is een brede stage met taken op het gebied van crediteuren- en debiteuren administratie en Food & Beverage Cost Controlling. Wil jij jezelf in het diepen gooien en je verder ontwikkelen op het gebied van Finance, dan is dit de stage voor jou!

Wat Je Gaat Doen Assisteren en ondersteunen van de financiële afdeling op alle voorkomende taken en werkzaamheden | Bewaken van voorraadposities; periodiek uitvoeren van afdelingsinventarisaties en spot checks | Bijhouden van het kassasysteem; invoeren van prijswijzigingen en het aanmaken van nieuwe knoppen in de kassa | Telefonisch te woord staan van gasten en leveranciers in verband met betalingen | Opstellen en versturen van rekeningen aan gasten en toezien op een tijdige betaling | Eventueel aanmaningen versturen, bij achterstallige betaling het incassotraject starten | Assisteren bij de bewaking van een optimale hantering van het prijsbeleid.
