Ons historische monumentale gebouw vraagt om een vakkundig en visionair leider die de technische en facilitaire kwaliteit op het hoogste niveau houdt, nu en voor de komende jaren.

Wat je gaat doen

Als Head of Engineering, Facilities & Asset Management ben jij verantwoordelijk voor alles wat de technische en facilitaire werking van het hotel betreft. Je geeft leiding aan het TD-team en zorgt dat ons gebouw, onze installaties en kamers altijd voldoen aan de hoogste 5-sterren kwaliteitsstandaard. Tegelijkertijd denk jij verder dan de dag van vandaag: jij stelt het meerjarig onderhouds- en investeringsplan op (5–10 jaar) en bewaakt de voortgang daarvan. Je beheert zowel het CAPEX- als OPEX-budget, stelt business cases op voor grote investeringen en rapporteert hierover aan het MT en de eigenaren. Als Asset Manager bewaak jij de volledige levenscyclus van alle gebouwgebonden installaties en FF&E, en adviseer je over strategische investeringskeuzes. Renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten leid jij van A tot Z: van scope en planning tot contractmanagement met externe aannemers en adviseurs. Je bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor vergunningen, inspecties en naleving van wet- en regelgeving.

Wie jij bent

  • 6 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende rol
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het managen van CAPEX-projecten
  • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en adviseren op directieniveau
  • Ervaring met monumentale gebouwen of de hotellerie is een pré
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Bouwkunde, Facility Management of Werktuigbouwkunde
  • Kennis van relevante veiligheids- en vergunningstrajecten
  • Resultaatgericht, proactief en in staat om zowel strategisch als hands-on te opereren
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.

Fijn om te hebben

  • Ervaring met duurzaamheidstrajecten en energie-efficiënte technologieën
  • Kennis van asset lifecycle management en conditiemetingen
  • Affiniteit met luxe hospitality en 5-sterrenkwaliteitsstandaarden
  • Ervaring met Green Key of vergelijkbare duurzaamheidscertificeringen.
