Ben jij gastvrij, enthousiast en krijg jij energie van het blij maken van gasten? Dan is een stage bij Van der Valk Hotel Gilze-Tilburg precies wat je zoekt! Wij zijn op zoek naar een leergierige en gemotiveerde F&B stagiair(e) die ons team komt versterken.

Wat ga je doen? Tijdens jouw stage maak je kennis met alle facetten van de afdeling Food & Beverage. Je draait volledig mee in ons team en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat onze gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring beleven. Van een uitgebreid diner tot een groot evenement: geen dag is hetzelfde!

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het gastvrij ontvangen en begeleiden van onze gasten;
  • Het opnemen van bestellingen en bedienen van gasten;
  • Het geven van uitleg over de menukaart, inclusief allergeneninformatie;
  • Het bereiden en uitserveren van dranken en gerechten;
  • Het werken met het kassasysteem;
  • Het voorbereiden, opbouwen, begeleiden en afbouwen van evenementen;
  • Het voorbereiden en verzorgen van buffetten;
  • Het zorgen voor een nette, gastvrije en representatieve werkomgeving.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je volgt een mbo -opleiding in de richting van Hospitality, Hotelmanagement of Food & Beverage.
  • Je bent gastvrij en hebt oog voor de wensen van de gast;
  • Je bent enthousiast, representatief en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen;
  • Je bent leergierig en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen;
  • Je werkt graag samen in een team;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook tijdens avonden, weekenden en feestdagen;
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en blijft rustig, ook tijdens drukke momenten.

Ook bieden wij je een gratis lidmaatschap (vanaf gemiddeld 12 uur per week) op onze Toucan Health Club en korting op de aangeboden faciliteiten. Onze medewerkers mogen gebruik maken van Van der Valk Benefits op dit platform kan je flink besparen dankzij leuke kortingen op mode, elektronica, dagjes uit en meer. Verder organiseren wij ieder jaar zeker twee superleuke personeelsfeesten (feest en activiteit!).
