Für unser À-la-carte-Restaurant im Hotel Hirschen Wildhaus suchen wir eine motivierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft fürs Kochen.

Du bist verantwortlich für die professionelle Zubereitung unserer Gerichte und trägst mit deiner sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise zu einer konstant hohen Küchenqualität und zufriedenen Gästen bei.

Aufgabenbereich:

Selbstständige Zubereitung und ansprechendes Anrichten von À-la-carte-Gerichten

Eigenverantwortliches Führen des zugeteilten Küchenpostens

Vorbereitung und Organisation der täglichen Mise en Place

Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Speisenqualität

Einhaltung der Rezepturen, Portionsgrössen und Qualitätsstandards

Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Waren

Kontrolle der Warenbestände und fachgerechte Lagerung

Einhaltung der Hygiene- und HACCP-Richtlinien

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchen- und Serviceteam

Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Küchenabläufe

Anforderungsprofil:

Fachliche Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

Erfahrung in der À-la-carte-Küche

Selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten

Gute Kenntnisse der Lebensmittelhygiene

Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Produkten

Persönliche Anforderungen:

Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie und Freude am Kochen

Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative

Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent, auch in hektischen Situationen

Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Hilfsbereitschaft

Saubere, effiziente und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise

Bereitschaft zu Abend-, Wochenend- und Feiertagseinsätzen
