Requisiti: - formazione professionale come cuoco/a AFC o titolo equivalente. - esperienza pregressa nel settore da 1 – 3 anni / di almeno 3 anni - no pizzaiolo - esperienza comprovata nel ruolo di Chef de Partie, preferibilmente in alberghi o ristoranti di buon livello - ottima conoscenza della cucina italiana e mediterranea, buona padronanza della cucina internazionale e competenze nella cucina vegetariana - capacità di preparare piatti vegetariani originali e di qualità, non limitati alle semplici alternative ai piatti tradizionali - autonomia nella gestione della propria partita e buona organizzazione del lavoro - esperienza nella gestione contemporanea di ordinazioni à la carte e nella preparazione di banchetti - passione per la gastronomia, attenzione ai dettagli e sensibilità nella presentazione dei piatti - flessibilità, affidabilità, resistenza allo stress e spirito di squadra - buona conoscenza della lingua italiana - licenza di condurre cat.B - automunito/a
