Ben jij een multitalent met passie voor je vak, en nóg meer voor gasten, weet jij verwachtingen te overtreffen en wil je werken in een hoog segment binnen hospitality? Dan ben jij misschien wel onze nieuwe stagiair( e) Assistent General Manager!

Wij zijn op zoek naar een stagiair(e) die meewerkt en tijdens moment van drukte proactief handelt. Als stagiair(e) word je betrokken en opgeleid om te anticiperen op uiteenlopende vraagstukken. Je vervult een signaalfunctie en overlegt veelvuldig met collega’s. Aangezien je een breed takenpakket hebt, wordt van je verwacht efficiënt om te gaan met je tijd en planning.

Kort gezegd dit ga je leren:

  • Assisteren van de General Manager waar nodig;
  • Beheer van agenda, mailbox en telefoon;
  • Correspondentie opstellen en afhandelen;
  • Planning voorbereiden en opvolgen;
  • Contact hebben met alle verschillende afdelingen;
  • Het beheer van het archief voor de General Manager;
  • Coördineren van diverse administratieve zaken binnen de organisatie.

Hier herken jij jezelf in:

  • Een leergierige derde- of vierdejaars hbo student(e) richting Hospitality, Management of Communicatie;
  • Je bent voor minimaal voor 4 tot 5 dagen in de week, voor minimaal 4 maanden;
  • Jouw mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels zijn uitstekend;
  • Microsoft Office is geen onbekend terrein voor jou;
  • Je bent een open, enthousiast en proactief persoon;
  • Teamplayer; je vindt het leuk om in contact te staan met veel verschillende collega’s;
  • Je hebt een representatieve en gastgerichte instelling;
  • Administratief sterk; je vindt het leuk om nauwkeurig te werken en behoud ook tijdens stress het overzicht.
