Missão da área: Você vai atuar com serviços financeiros e a jornada que começa quando um comprador deixa de pagar e passa pelas regras de cobrança, pela régua de comunicação e pelas ferramentas de negociação. Hoje essas peças existem, mas não conversam como uma jornada única. Seu papel é construir essa jornada de ponta a ponta, conectando produto, tecnologia, dados e negócio.

Aqui suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Liderar com autonomia a construção da jornada de Collections, da inadimplência à negociação, definindo problemas, priorizando e entregando soluções;
  • Desenhar a experiência da régua de comunicação de cobrança com intencionalidade: o que comunicar, quando, em qual canal e com qual tom, equilibrando recuperação de receita e relacionamento com o usuário;
  • Atuar como par estratégico de PMs, engenharia, dados e lideranças de negócio, influenciando roadmap e defendendo decisões de design com racional claro e objetivo;
  • Representar design em fóruns com executivos, sustentando posicionamento com dados e visão de negócio;
  • Planejar e conduzir pesquisas qualitativas e quantitativas e transformar aprendizados em decisões;
  • Usar IA como parte central do seu processo de trabalho (pesquisa, síntese, exploração de alternativas, UX writing, prototipação), com senso crítico sobre onde ela acelera e onde não substitui julgamento;
  • Contribuir para a evolução do design system e para o padrão de qualidade do time, compartilhando práticas com outros designers.

Qualificações que você precisa ter:

  • Experiência sólida como Product Designer em produtos digitais complexos, com atuação ponta a ponta em jornadas com múltiplas regras, sistemas e stakeholders;
  • Portfólio com cases de impacto mensurável no negócio, com clareza sobre o problema, as decisões tomadas e o seu papel;
  • Uso consistente de IA no dia a dia de design (por exemplo Claude, Kiro ou ferramentas equivalentes). Queremos ver isso em pelo menos um case;
  • Comunicação objetiva e madura, com capacidade de sustentar posição diante de lideranças e de equilibrar a defesa do usuário com os objetivos do negócio;
  • Autonomia para lidar com ambiguidade e tomar decisões sem precisar de validação constante;
  • Domínio de design system, UI e pesquisa com usuário.

Habilidades que são diferenciais:

  • Experiência com produtos financeiros, especialmente crédito, meios de pagamento ou fintechs;
  • Experiência com jornadas de comunicação transacional ou réguas de relacionamento.
