The posting

Voor het magazijn van een grote retailer in België zoeken we een coördinator.

Je taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Aansturen van een klein team magazijnmedewerkers (3 à 4 personen).
  • Opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en tijdelijke hulpkrachten.
  • Verdelen van taken en waarborgen van een efficiënte workflow binnen het magazijn.
  • Beheren van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen, inclusief ontvangst, opslag en verzending van producten.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en handhaven van veiligheidsnormen.
  • Rapporteren van operationele resultaten aan de teamleider en bieden van input voor procesverbeteringen.
  • Zelf ook volop meewerken in het magazijn. Ontvangen van retourgoederen. Registreren van retourgoederen. Wegzetten van retourgoederen. ...

Belangrijke competenties:

  • Leiderschap: Het vermogen om het team te motiveren, te begeleiden en te ondersteunen bij het bereiken van de gestelde doelen.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden: Effectieve communicatie met teamleden, leidinggevenden en andere afdelingen binnen het bedrijf.
  • Organisatorisch vermogen: Het vermogen om taken en middelen efficiënt te organiseren en een gestroomlijnde workflow te handhaven.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen: In staat zijn om snel en effectief problemen te identificeren en op te lossen.
  • Teamspeler: Het vermogen om goed samen te werken met andere teamleden en collega's.
  • Flexibiliteit: Bereidheid om zich aan te passen aan veranderende omstandigheden en taken.
  • Besluitvaardigheid: In staat zijn om snel en adequaat beslissingen te nemen, zelfs onder druk.

  • Ervaring in een magazijnomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van mensen is vereist.
  • Leiderschapsvaardigheden en het vermogen om een team te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
  • In staat om fysiek werk uit te voeren, inclusief tillen en verplaatsen van zware voorwerpen.
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring met een reachtruck + een geldig attest.
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring met een elektrische transpallet.
