Juhi isiklik ja äriassistent

Tööülesanded: Otsime usaldusväärset ja hea organiseerimisoskusega assistenti iGaming-valdkonnas tegutseva ettevõtte juhile (Suncontract OÜ). Töö ühendab ärialased ülesanded ja abistamise isiklikes küsimustes. Tegemist on peamiselt liikuva tööga: kohtumised, sõidud ja erinevate ülesannete täitmine, mitte pidev kontoris viibimine.

Peamised tööülesanded: - Juhi kalendri haldamine, kõnede, kohtumiste ja kokkulepete meelde tuletamine ning jooksvate ülesannete täitmise jälgimine. - Tööalaste e-kirjade ja telefonikõnedega tegelemine, peamiselt inglise keeles. - Juhi saatmine ärikohtumistel ning abistamine nende korraldamisel ja järgnevate ülesannete täitmisel. - Isiklike ülesannete täitmine: keemilise puhastuse, õmblusteenuste ja muude igapäevaste toimingute korraldamine. - Vajaduse korral tööauto juhtimine, sealhulgas juhi ärikõnede ajal. - Aeg-ajalt laste kooli viimine või koolist toomine — ligikaudu kord nädalas.

- Vajaduse korral töötamine nädalavahetustel toimub eelneval kokkuleppel ja lisatasu eest. - Tööandja võimaldab kasutada tööautot, annab töötelefoni ja sülearvuti ning katab tööga seotud kütuse- ja parkimiskulud. - Juht tutvustab assistendile ettevõtte tegevust, pakub väljaõpet ja aitab tööülesannetesse sisse elada.

Muud nõuded: Ootused kandidaadile:- Varasem töökogemus isikliku assistendi, juhiassistendi või sarnasel ametikohal. - Inglise keele oskus tasemel, mis võimaldab sujuvat ärialast suhtlust ja kirjavahetust; väga hea vene keele oskus. Eesti keele oskus suhtlustasandil tuleb kasuks. Oluline on osata koostada korrektseid eestikeelseid kirju, kasutades vajaduse korral abivahendeid. - B-kategooria juhiluba ning kindel ja ohutu sõiduoskus. - Vastutustundlikkus, täpsus, iseseisvus ja tähelepanu detailidele. - Rahulik ja taktitundeline suhtlemine ning konfidentsiaalsuse ja isiklike piiride austamine. - Oskus olukorda hinnata: pakkuda õigel ajal abi ning anda juhile ruumi iseseisvaks tegutsemiseks. - Kohtumiste iseloomule vastav korrektne ja professionaalne välimus. - Valmisolek paindlikuks töökorralduseks ja eelnevalt kokkulepitud muudatusteks.
