Tööülesanded: • Töötajate värbamise ja töökorralduse haldamine.• Töö- ja vahetusgraafikute koostamine. • Juhi kalendri ja päevaplaani organiseerimine. • Tellimuste tegemine ja kaubavarude jälgimine. • Arvete sisestamine ja dokumentatsiooni korrashoid. • Lepingute ja vajalike dokumentide ettevalmistamine. • Ruumide ja töökeskkonna ettevalmistamine igapäevaseks tööks ning üritusteks. • Sotsiaalmeedia haldamine ja sisu planeerimine. • Vajadusel teiste töötajate asendamine ja operatiivne abistamine. • Suhtlus koostööpartnerite, töötajate ja klientidega. • Igapäevaste probleemide kiire lahendamine ja ettevõtte töö sujuvuse tagamine. • Juhtkonna assisteerimine ning suurema vastutuse kandmine ettevõtte igapäevases tegevuses.
