Takenpakket

Jouw dag als HR Officer draait om het ontzorgen van collega's en het vlekkeloos sturen van alle personeelszaken.

  • Beheer van de personeelsadministratie van a tot z, zodat contracten, sociale documenten en tijdregistraties altijd punctueel en correct verlopen.
  • Voorbereiden van de maandelijkse payroll in nauwe samenwerking met het sociaal bureau, waardoor lonen en premies tijdig op de rekening staan.
  • Aansturen van de rekrutering en selectie voor zowel bedienden als arbeidersprofielen, met als doel de juiste vakmensen aan boord te halen.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij sociaaljuridische vraagstukken, wat zorgt voor een heldere en transparante communicatie op de werkvloer.
  • Optimaliseren van het onboardingstraject en het opleidingsbeleid, zodat nieuw talent zich snel thuis voelt en kan doorgroeien.

Profiel

Om te schitteren als HR Officer herken je jezelf in de volgende talenten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in personeelswerk of rechtspraktijk, aangevuld met relevante ervaring op een personeelsdienst.
  • Ervaring met de sociale wetgeving binnen de bouwsector (PC 124) is een grote troef die jou een directe voorsprong geeft.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een toegankelijke bruggenbouwer met een flinke dosis empathie en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
  • Gestructureerd en discreet werken zit in je natuur, waardoor vertrouwelijke gegevens veilig zijn en jij het hoofd koel houdt bij deadlines.
