Dans le cadre du développement de nos applications web et outils internes, nous recherchons un(e) Développeur(se) Web pour rejoindre notre équipe technique.

Vous intégrerez une équipe projet intervenant sur des sites web, plateformes métiers et applications internes. Le poste est ouvert à des profils en début de carrière souhaitant développer leurs compétences sur des projets concrets.

Nous utilisons également des outils d'assistance au développement basés sur l'intelligence artificielle afin d'améliorer la productivité, automatiser certaines tâches répétitives et accélérer les phases de développement, test et documentation.

Organisation flexible : 2 à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine négociable.

Rattachement toute France, à définir en fonction de la localisation du candidat.

Vos missions

  • Développement et intégration d'interfaces web responsive à partir de maquettes
  • Participation au développement de fonctionnalités frontend et backend
  • Création et maintenance d'API pour la communication entre applications
  • Correction de bugs, maintenance évolutive et optimisation des performances
  • Participation aux revues de code et application des bonnes pratiques de développement
  • Utilisation d'outils d'assistance IA pour le développement, la génération de documentation et l'automatisation de tâches simples
  • Veille technique et découverte progressive de nouveaux outils et frameworks

Profil recherché

  • 2 ans d'expériences en entreprises sur des tâches de développement
  • Bonne maîtrise des bases : HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Connaissance d'un framework frontend type React, Vue.js ou Angular appréciée
  • Notions backend ou API (Node.js, PHP, Python ou équivalent) sont un plus
  • Intérêt pour les outils d'assistance au développement et l'intelligence artificielle
  • Capacité à apprendre rapidement, autonomie progressive et esprit d'équipe

Compétences requises

  • Utilisation d'outils comme Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor ou équivalent dans un cadre de développement
  • Connaissance de Git et workflow collaboratif
  • Sensibilité à l'accessibilité web et à l'expérience utilisateur
  • Notions ou curiosité autour du protocole MCP (Model Context Protocol) et de l'intégration d'outils IA
  • Sensibilité aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité (OWASP, gestion des secrets, authentification)  ATTENTION, Nous ne prenons pas d'alternants, c'est un poste confirmé.
