Customer Success & Solutions Manager | Industrial Technology

En HR NET estamos buscando un/a Customer Success & Solutions Manager para una consultora especializada en soluciones tecnológicas aplicadas a entornos industriales.

Buscamos un perfil que combine conocimiento de tecnologías industriales, visión de negocio y orientación al cliente, con capacidad para acompañar la implementación de diferentes soluciones y detectar nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestionar la relación con empresas clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades operativas y desafíos de negocio.
  • Coordinar y acompañar la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas, actuando como nexo entre los clientes, los proveedores y los equipos técnicos especializados.
  • Interactuar con referentes de negocio, operaciones y tecnología, facilitando la comunicación y el avance de los proyectos.
  • Acompañar la adopción de las soluciones, asegurando que respondan a las necesidades de los clientes y generen valor para sus operaciones.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de aplicación de las soluciones y desarrollo comercial en los clientes.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia trabajando con soluciones tecnológicas aplicadas a entornos industriales, como gemelos digitales, sistemas de asistencia a operarios, realidad aumentada y virtual, monitoreo de activos, plataformas de capacitación industrial o tecnologías similares.
  • Experiencia en gestión de clientes corporativos y coordinación de implementación de soluciones tecnológicas B2B.
  • Capacidad para comprender el funcionamiento y las aplicaciones de diferentes productos tecnológicos e interactuar con equipos técnicos especializados, sin necesidad de ser quien los desarrolla o configura.
  • Perfil consultivo, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, gestión de stakeholders y orientación al negocio.
  • Capacidad para identificar necesidades de los clientes y oportunidades de desarrollo comercial.

Valoraremos especialmente:

  • Experiencia con clientes de Oil & Gas, energía u otras industrias de procesos.
  • Experiencia en posiciones de Customer Success, Client Solutions, Solutions Delivery, Technical Account Management o roles similares, vinculados a tecnología industrial.
