Buscamos un/a Responsable de Legales para una empresa argentina dedicada a ofrecer soluciones financieras digitales

Misión del puesto:

Asesorar y velar por el adecuado cumplimiento de las normas aplicables a la compañía, sus actividades, empleados, proveedores, directores y accionistas.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Asesorar al Directorio de la empresa, en materia de normativa societaria y asistir en la redacción de actas de sus reuniones y de las Asambleas.
  • Brindar asesoramiento y soporte legal a las distintas áreas de la Organización.
  • Asesorar, acompañar y dar soporte al área de Compliance, en todo cuanto fuere requerido.
  • Asesorar a People en materia de relaciones laborales y, en su caso, coordinación de acciones judiciales o extrajudiciales, vinculadas.
  • Brindar asistencia legal al área de Business & Product, asesorar en aspectos contractuales con clientes y proveedores.
  • Asistir en la negociación de los contratos que celebre la compañía y custodiar la adecuación legal de los mismos, previo a su suscripción/aceptación por el representante legal o los apoderados.
  • Redactar los contratos estandarizados para la comercialización de los servicios de la empresa.
  • Informar a las áreas pertinentes de la Organización, respecto de novedades legislativas que resulten aplicables.
  • Coordinar las tareas con los estudios externos que asesoran a Poincenot en cada una de las jurisdicciones donde opere.
  • Asesorar en la estrategia frente a potenciales reclamos de o hacia clientes, proveedores y terceros.
  • Ser parte del equipo virtual de respuesta a incidentes (VIRT) para, en caso de existir algún incidente de seguridad, asistir en la resolución del mismo.

Requerimientos:

  • Abogado/a graduado
  • 5 años de experiencia en roles similares
  • Deseable el conocimiento/experiencia en industria fintech
  • Experiencia en elaboración de contratos comerciales (excluyente)
