Job Description:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Carry out general clerical duties that includes filing, data entry, record keeping and purchase supplies when required
  • Handle daily accounting transactions and general support
  • Work closely with vendors and internal departments to ensure all documents are in order for payment processing and issues, queries, and disputes are resolved in a timely manner
  • Process, verify and update invoices, debit and credit notes, payment vouchers and receipts
  • Reconciliation of supplier statement of accounts against statement accounts
  • Communicate with related parties internally and externally to ensure smooth running of the business
  • Assist in ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Degree or above business administration or accounting or related discipline
  • 1-year relevant experience in accounting or administration clerk would be preferred (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, Cantonese required
  • Good communication, presentation skill and teamwork player
