About the Role:

Join our client, a highly reputable and globally recognized University specializing in the business field, as a Business Development Manager fully in-charge the Malaysia and Singapore Market. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to contribute to the institution's growth and success. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a strategic go-to-market plan, targeting prospective students from Singapore and Malaysia who are interested in pursuing the MBA program.
  • Represent the institution at various fairs, conferences, and events, organizing informative sessions and meet-and-greet events in targeted cities on a monthly basis.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students, assisting them throughout the enrollment and admission process.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective students, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to their successful enrollment in the program.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with key associations, universities, and companies to enhance brand awareness and expand the institution's reach in the market.

Requirements:

  • Overseas university graduate, preferably in marketing or business.
  • Excellent Mandarin language skills, with exceptional presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, business development, or recruitment, ideally within a respected organization.
  • International exposure (either professional or personal) and a genuine passion for working in a diverse and multicultural environment are highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Willingness to work beyond regular office hours when necessary.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
  • Candidates who have the right to work in Hong Kong is highly preferred.
