The posting

About the client: Our client is a sizable company in Hong Kong, and is seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to join their team as a Personal Assistant.

You will be responsible for managing appointments, administration, and household management, supporting 100% in personal affairs for the senior executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage household organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage car licenses and administration, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and accurate.
  • Record and manage stocks
  • Schedule doctor appointments and other meetings, coordinating with the senior executive's schedule and ensuring that all appointments are arranged and communicated effectively.
  • Assist with household purchasing and procurement, ensuring that all purchases are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Handle any other ad hoc work tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5 years or more of Personal Assistant or Butler relevant experience, with hands-on exposure in handling kids' daily arrangements
  • Proficient in spoken English and Chinese, with excellent communication and organizational skills
