Our Client A well-established and reputable education institution in Hong Kong, specialising in academic enrichment and professional development programmes. With a strong track record of student success and a growing market presence, they are seeking a results-oriented Education Sales Consultant to drive enrolment growth and strengthen their brand reputation.

About the Job This role is focused on converting qualified leads into enrolments through a professional, consultative sales approach. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from initial consultation to final sign-up—while ensuring a positive and informative experience for prospective students and their families. This is a performance-driven position with a clear career pathway and a transparent, uncapped earning structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to assess student needs and recommend suitable programmes.
  • Achieve monthly enrolment targets and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment on programme offerings and messaging.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of sales or client advisory experience, preferably in the education, language training, or professional services sectors.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. A professional demeanour with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Technical: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
