主要職責：

  1. 制定同推行公司ESG策略、目標及路線圖，將可持續發展理念融入日常業務營運
  2. 統籌年度ESG報告編製，確保符合香港交易所《環境、社會及管治報告指引》及GRI、TCFD、ISSB等國際披露標準
  3. 建立同維護ESG數據管理體系，負責碳排放、能源消耗、廢物管理、職安健等KPI嘅收集、核算、分析同數據質量審核
  4. 追蹤香港及國際ESG法規、政策同行業趨勢，評估合規風險，制定應對措施，確保公司符合監管要求
  5. 推動綠色建築、低碳營運、可持續供應鏈等項目落地，協調工程、採購、物業管理、財務等部門執行
  6. 對接投資者、客戶、ESG評級機構同其他持份者，回應ESG問卷同查詢，提升公司ESG評級表現
  7. 組織內部ESG培訓同宣傳活動，提升員工可持續發展意識，推動跨部門協作
  8. 支援管理層制定ESG相關決策，提供數據分析、風險評估同改善建議

入職要求：

  1. 持有環境科學、可持續發展、工商管理、會計、工程、企業管理或相關學的學士學位
  2. 5年或以上ESG、可持續發展、環境管理、審計或相關工作經驗，其中至少2年管理經驗
  3. 熟悉了解香港上市規則ESG披露要求，以及GRI、TCFD、ISSB等國際框架
  4. 具備ESG報告編製、數據分析同披露實務經驗，熟練Excel、Power BI等工具

5. 具備良好項目管理、跨部門協調同持份者溝通能力，能獨立工作同承受壓力

6. 對可持續發展有熱誠，工作嚴謹細緻，落地執行力強

7. 良好中英文書寫及溝通能力
