Our Client Our client is a fast-growing and innovative education organisation committed to excellence. They are looking for a strategic and experienced Head of HR to lead their people strategy and culture as they continue their journey of growth and transformation.

About the Job This is a high-profile leadership role where you will act as a key strategic partner to the executive team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that attracts top talent, fosters a high-performance culture, and supports the organisation's overall business objectives . Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall HR strategy, aligned with business goals .
  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and succession planning .
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters .
  • Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion .
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes .
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and corporate governance .

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a Head of HR or similar senior role, ideally within the education or a related sector .
  • Skills: Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and change management. Strong financial acumen and experience managing an HR budget.
  • Personal Attributes: Executive presence with the credibility to influence at the C-level. A collaborative, resilient, and data-driven leader with excellent stakeholder management skills .
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Professional HR accreditation (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a significant advantage.

Remuneration

  • Salary: A competitive monthly salary of HK$60,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
