  • 您將全權負責健康菜單設計、高品質食材採購、營養餐點烹飪以及廚房衛生的高標準維護。

崗位職責

  • 精心設計並製作高品質且健康的日常餐點，注重營養均衡與熱量控制
  • 根據家人及賓客的飲食偏好、健康需求、過敏源及營養標準，客製化專屬菜單
  • 採用蒸、煮、烤、燉等健康烹調手法，減少油炸與加工食材的使用
  • 負責家庭私人宴會、聚會及節慶的健康餐飲籌備與款待
  • 親自從高端市場、當地優質供應商及專門的亞洲超市採購最新鮮、最優質的季節性有機或天然食材
  • 嚴格管理廚房庫存，確保食材妥善儲存、先進先出，最大程度減少浪費
  • 記錄廚房日常開支，合理控制並管理餐飲預算

任職要求

  • 擁有5至8年以上專業烹飪經驗，有奢華飯店、高級餐廳或高級私人家庭主廚經驗者優先
  • 深入掌握中、日、韓三國的烹飪技巧、風味精髓及擺盤美學，並具備健康烹調的專業知識
  • 持有知名烹飪學院證書或營養相關認證者優先考慮
  • 良好的國語／粵語溝通能力，以便與雇主家庭及供應商順暢溝通
  • 對健康飲食趨勢（如無麩質、低升糖、植物性飲食等）有基本了解者加分
