職位簡介

本公司現正籌辦企業員工健康活動，誠聘合資格睡眠健康顧問，負責主持「一對一睡眠與壓力諮詢專區」，為員工提供專業個人化諮詢服務。

活動將引入先進精神壓力分析儀，透過一分鐘非侵入性手指感應測試，即時檢測員工的自律神經平衡狀態、精神壓力及身體疲勞指數，所有分析參數均專為亞洲人體質而設。

顧問須根據檢測報告，即場為員工提供個人化的睡眠改善建議及減壓技巧，協助長期受失眠及高壓困擾的員工理解其身心狀態，並學習有效放鬆入睡的方法。

職責範圍

  • 進行約4小時的一對一員工諮詢服務
  • 操作精神壓力分析儀進行檢測
  • 解讀心率變異性（HRV）及自律神經系統數據
  • 按個別評估結果提供針對性睡眠衞生建議及減壓指導
  • 確保諮詢過程專業、保密及具同理心

資歷要求

  • 成人睡眠科學顧問認證（Certified Sleep Science Consultant）
  • 成人壓力管理顧問認證（Certified Stress Management Consultant）
  • 美國國家運動協會認證（NESTA – National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association）

嬰幼兒及兒童範疇（優先考慮）

  • 嬰兒與兒童睡眠顧問認證（IAPC – International Association of Parenting Coaches）
  • 嬰兒與兒童睡眠顧問認證（IACSC – International Association of Child Sleep Consultants）

理想條件

  • 具企業或私人健康諮詢服務經驗
  • 熟悉生物反饋技術或心率變異性（HRV）評估工具
  • 優秀溝通技巧，能將專業知識以淺白語言傳達
  • 流利粵語及英語（必備）；普通話為優勢
  • 具專業、以服務對象為中心的態度
