Localisation : Aïn Sebaâ Casablanca

Horaires : Lundi à Vendredi + Samedi matin

À propos du poste

Nous recherchons une Account Manager proactive, extravertie et dotée d'un excellent sens du relationnel. Vous interviendrez sur la gestion de projets, la coordination opérationnelle, la relation client VIP, ainsi que la prospection commerciale dans le secteur de la publicité et PLV (publicité sur lieu de vente).

Les candidatures d'architectes sont fortement appréciées, à condition d'avoir une excellente communication et une aisance relationnelle avec les clients.

Vos principales missions

  • Piloter et assurer la gestion complète des projets (planning, coordination, livraison).
  • Gérer un portefeuille clients diversifié, dont des clients VIP.
  • Garantir une coordination efficace avec les équipes de production, design et installation.
  • Détecter les besoins clients et proposer les meilleures solutions.
  • Effectuer des visites terrain pour suivi des projets, mesures, validations et livraisons.
  • Contribuer au développement commercial par la prospection de nouveaux clients.
  • Préparer les reportings et assurer une communication fluide avec la direction.

Profil recherché

  • Femme, présentable, extravertie et dotée d'un excellent sens relationnel.
  • Très bon niveau de communication en français (oral et écrit).
  • Expérience en gestion de projet, coordination ou relation client.
  • Architecte ou formation équivalente acceptée, si à l'aise avec la relation client.
  • Premières expériences dans la publicité, PLV, aménagement ou design : un plus.
  • Notions de base ou formation en marketing appréciées.
  • Sens du terrain, dynamisme, autonomie et orientation résultats.
