Nous recrutons un Directeur Général pour piloter la stratégie globale, la performance opérationnelle et le développement d'un cabinet d'assurance de premier plan, opérant dans un environnement dynamique, compétitif et en pleine transformation digitale.

Missions principales

Rattaché au Conseil d'Administration, vous aurez pour responsabilités :

  • Définir et exécuter la vision stratégique et le plan de développement de l'entreprise.
  • Superviser l'ensemble des opérations commerciales, techniques et financières.
  • Assurer la croissance durable du portefeuille clients et le développement de nouveaux produits et partenariats.
  • Diriger les équipes internes, renforcer les compétences managériales et instaurer une culture de performance et de conformité.
  • Garantir la conformité réglementaire (ACAPS, normes sectorielles, obligations contractuelles, RGPD/CNDP, etc.).
  • Piloter les performances financières, le pilotage budgétaire, la rentabilité et le reporting aux actionnaires.
  • Représenter lentreprise auprès des institutions, partenaires stratégiques et instances professionnelles.

Profil recherché

  • Bac+5 minimum en Assurance, Finance, Management, ou équivalent (grandes écoles ou universités reconnues).
  • 10 ans dexpérience minimum dans le secteur des assurances, dont au moins 5 ans dans un poste de direction stratégique.
  • Maîtrise du marché marocain de lassurance et de son cadre réglementaire.
  • Forte orientation résultats, leadership, capacités décisionnelles et vision stratégique.
  • Maîtrise des modèles économiques liés à la distribution, gestion des risques, et transformation digitale.
