Oletko tarkka ja itsenäinen CNC-koneistuksen osaaja, joka viihtyy käytännönläheisessä tuotantotyössä? Hienoa, tässä voi olla uusi työsi!

Etsimme ammattitaitoista CNC-koneistajaa teollisuuden mittatilaustöihin Paraisten alueelle.

Työssä valmistetaan erilaisia teollisuuden tarpeisiin tulevia tuotteita ja rakenteita asiakkaiden tilausten mukaan. Tuotteet ovat monipuolista ja sisältää eri materiaaleja.

Työ on vakituinen ja tehtävä kokoaikainen. Työskentely tapahtuu joustavasti päivävuoroissa ma-pe välillä.

CNC-koneistajana vastaat kappaleiden valmistuksesta piirustusten ja työohjeiden mukaisesti. Työskentelet osana ammattitaitoista tiimiä huolehtien tuotteiden laadusta.

Keskeiset vastuualueet

  • CNC-koneiden, (erityisesti Fanuc-ohjattujen koneiden), käytöstä ja asetusten tekemisestä
  • Kappaleiden itsenäisestä valmistamisesta koneistuspiirustusten ja työohjeiden mukaisesti
  • Koneistusohjelmien tarkistamisesta ja tarvittaessa niiden hienosäätämisestä
  • Työkalujen ja terien vaihdoista sekä koneiden päivittäisistä huoltotoimenpiteistä
  • Kappaleiden mittauksista ja laadunvarmistuksesta tuotannon aikana
  • Mahdollisten poikkeamien tunnistamisesta, selvittämisestä ja raportoinnista
  • Siistin ja turvallisen työympäristön ylläpitämisestä sekä työturvallisuusohjeiden noudattamisesta

Odotamme sinulta

  • Aikaisempaa kokemusta CNC-koneistuksesta.
  • Kykyä työskennellä itsenäisesti ja huolellisesti
  • Kuvienlukutaitoa
  • Valmiutta tehdä vaihtelevia mittatilaustöitä
  • Suomen kielen taitoa, jotta työohjeiden ja työturvallisuusasioiden ymmärtäminen onnistuu
  • Työturvallisuuskortti ja tulityökortti

Eduksi katsomme

  • Soveltuva koulutus (esim. kone- ja metallialan perustutkinto)
  • Fanuc -tuntemuksen
  • CAD/CAM-ohjelmistojen tai koneistusohjelmien (Fanuc) käyttökokemuksen
  • Kokemuksen sorvauksesta, jyrsinnästä tai monitoimikoneistuksesta
