Assessorar diretamente o proprietário da empresa no planejamento, organização e acompanhamento das atividades estratégicas, administrativas e financeiras, garantindo suporte na tomada de decisões, controle dos processos internos e execução das rotinas operacionais da organização.

Principais responsabilidades:

Assessoria ao Proprietário

➡️Assessorar diretamente o proprietário em suas demandas administrativas, operacionais e estratégicas.

➡️Organizar, acompanhar e controlar a agenda de compromissos, reuniões e viagens.

➡️Elaborar apresentações, relatórios, planilhas gerenciais e indicadores.

➡️Realizar a interface entre o proprietário e as demais áreas da empresa, garantindo o alinhamento das informações.

➡️Organizar documentos confidenciais.

➡️Acompanhar atividades definidas pelo proprietário, monitorando cronogramas e resultados.

➡️Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos administrativos e apresentar sugestões à Diretoria.

➡️Atuar como facilitador das atividades do proprietário, antecipando necessidades e solucionando demandas do dia a dia.

Gestão Financeira

➡️Gerenciar contas a pagar e contas a receber.

➡️Elaborar e acompanhar o fluxo de caixa.

➡️Efetuar conciliações bancárias.

➡️Realizar pagamentos e controlar vencimentos.

➡️Emitir notas fiscais e boletos.

➡️Acompanhar cobranças e inadimplência.

➡️Elaborar relatórios financeiros e indicadores para o proprietário.

➡️Apoiar o planejamento orçamentário da empresa.

➡️Manter relacionamento com bancos, fornecedores, clientes e contabilidade.

Gestão Administrativa

➡️Controlar contratos e documentos administrativos.

➡️Organizar processos internos e arquivos corporativos.

➡️Apoiar compras, cotações e contratação de fornecedores.

➡️Acompanhar processos junto à contabilidade, jurídico e demais prestadores de serviços.

➡️Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas e dos procedimentos administrativos.

✅Formação em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;

✅Pacote Office, com Excel intermediário ou avançado

✅Rotinas administrativas e financeiras.

✅Contas a pagar, contas a receber, fluxo de caixa e conciliação bancária

✅Elaboração de relatórios e indicadores gerenciais

✅Desejável experiência com sistemas ERP

✅Perfil analítico e excelente comunicação verbal e escrita

✅Discrição e confidencialidade

✅Visão de negócio e foco em resultados

Diferenciais

✅Experiência anterior assessorando diretores, sócios ou proprietários de empresas.

✅Vivência em empresas de pequeno ou médio porte, atuando de forma generalista.

✅Conhecimento em indicadores financeiros e controles gerenciais.

✅Experiência na interface com contabilidade, bancos e fornecedores.
