Principais Responsabilidades:

Planejamento e Estratégia

➡️Desenvolver o calendário editorial mensal para as marcas do grupo;

➡️Identificar oportunidades de conteúdo alinhadas aos objetivos comerciais e institucionais;

➡️Propor pautas, campanhas e ações para fortalecimento da marca e geração de oportunidades de negócio;

➡️Pesquisar tendências, temas relevantes e referências de mercado;

Gestão de Conteúdo

➡️Criar textos, legendas e roteiros para conteúdos institucionais, promocionais e técnicos;

➡️Estruturar briefings para o time de criação;

➡️Organizar e acompanhar a produção de conteúdos junto às áreas internas;

➡️Programar e publicar conteúdos nos canais digitais;

Redes Sociais

➡️Gerenciar Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook e demais canais da empresa;

➡️Monitorar interações e acompanhar o desempenho das publicações;

➡️Garantir consistência na comunicação e identidade das marcas;

Integração com Comercial e Produtos

➡️Trabalhar em conjunto com os times comerciais para identificar produtos prioritários, campanhas e oportunidades;

➡️Transformar demandas comerciais e técnicas em conteúdos estratégicos;

➡️Buscar informações, aplicações e diferenciais dos produtos para construção de pautas relevantes;

Conteúdo em Vídeo

➡️Estruturar roteiros e ideias para vídeos de redes sociais;

➡️Apoiar a organização e direcionamento das gravações e edições junto ao time interno.

Análise e Performance

➡️Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho das redes sociais;

➡️Elaborar relatórios mensais com resultados e oportunidades de melhoria;

➡️Identificar conteúdos com melhor performance e propor otimizações.

✅Ensino Superior Cursando ou Completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação ou afins;

✅Experiência prévia com gestão de redes sociais corporativas;

✅Boa redação e comunicação;

✅Conhecimento em Instagram, LinkedIn e Meta Business Suite;

✅Organização e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas;

✅Perfil analítico e orientado a resultados;

✅Capacidade de transformar conteúdos técnicos em comunicação clara e relevante.
