➡️Estar atento às sugestões e reclamações dos Clientes sobre seu Setor e à Loja como um todo, informando o seu superior para que sejam tomadas as devidas providências; ➡️Planejar a reposição e o abastecimento dos produtos; ➡️Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe do Depósito para manter a organização e a arrumação dos produtos e facilitar a sua localização; ➡️Separar e retirar as mercadorias do Depósito sempre de modo organizado; ➡️Transferir as mercadorias do depósito para a área de vendas com o máximo cuidado para a conservação da qualidade dos produtos; ➡️Repor as mercadorias nas gôndolas e nos demais pontos de venda dentro do padrão de Layout definido para a loja; ➡️Repor as mercadorias na loja, sempre de modo organizado, sem causar transtorno e congestionamento nos corredores da área de vendas; ➡️Efetuar marcação e alterações do preço, deixando as etiquetas sempre bem visíveis para facilidade de identificação pelos Clientes Externos; ➡️Retirar todas as etiquetas de preço dos produtos que não estiverem em exposição na área de vendas e informar o Gerente de Loja para providenciar o abastecimento; ➡️Verificar diariamente a data de validade dos produtos; ➡️Cuidar da comunicação visual do seu Setor de trabalho; ➡️Solicitar ao Gerente e Sub Gerente todos os cartazes de preço e divulgação que considerar necessários para a área de vendas sob sua responsabilidade; ➡️Retirar da área de vendas e encaminhar para o SETOR DE TROCAS as mercadorias vencidas ou impróprias para consumo, garantindo a segurança e a qualidade aos Clientes Externos em suas compras; ➡️Ajudar a manter o SETOR DE TROCAS sempre limpo e organizado; ➡️Contar o estoque dos produtos das gôndolas e do depósito para orientar o Departamento de Compras sempre que necessário; ➡️Acompanhar o trabalho dos Promotores das empresas para que seja respeitado o padrão de Layout da loja; ➡️Realizar a limpeza das prateleiras e dependências da área de vendas sob sua responsabilidade, diariamente, proporcionando higiene e bem estar para os Clientes Externos realizarem suas compras; ➡️Esclarecer os Clientes Externos em suas dúvidas com relação à localização de mercadorias na loja; ➡️Resolver rapidamente todos os problemas dos Clientes Externos com relação aos erros de precificação nas mercadorias; ➡️Zelar pelo patrimônio da Empresa, seu estado de conservação, manutenção e funcionamento comunicando ao Encarregado de Loja os problemas que estejam ou estiverem para acontecer, para sua solução imediata.
