Atividades:

➡️Gestão de indicadores e proposta de planos de ação em conjunto com a área de Analytics;

➡️Suporte a decisões estratégicas com dados cruzados de diferentes áreas (remuneração, clima, performance, etc.).

➡️Monitoramento da execução por meio de reuniões de acompanhamento de metas;

➡️Melhoria contínua – mapeamento de processos e desvios;

➡️Habilidade para atuar de forma consultiva e com alta capacidade analítica.

➡️Coordenar campanhas, eventos e ações internas para cultura, diversidade, inclusão, pertencimento e bem-estar com apoio das BPs. Exemplos: festa junina, dia das mães, etc.

➡️Desenvolver indicadores, métricas e dashboards de RH para diferentes públicos (RH, liderança, board).

➡️Analisar tendências e padrões relacionados a:

▪ turnover e retenção,

▪ headcount e workforce planning,

▪ desempenho e performance,

▪ engajamento e clima organizacional.

▪ traduzir dados complexos em insights claros, acionáveis e orientados à tomada de decisão.

➡️Apoiar Business Partners e liderança na leitura analítica de temas críticos de pessoas;

➡️Acompanhar execução do plano de ação South America da Pesquisa de Clima;

➡️Desenvolver análises preditivas e modelos estatísticos para antecipar riscos (ex.: turnover de talentos críticos);

➡️Utilizar técnicas de data science (regressão, clustering, correlação, scoring) aplicadas ao contexto de pessoas;

➡️Atuar em parceria com times de Digital ou Data Analytics para evolução das soluções de People Analytics.

➡️Construir narrativas claras e estruturadas a partir de dados (“data storytelling”);

➡️Preparar materiais executivos para comitês, liderança e management team;

➡️Apoiar decisões sensíveis garantindo confidencialidade, ética e responsabilidade no uso de dados de pessoas.

✅Experiência em Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente em empresas multinacionais, com estrutura matricial e atuação regional;

✅Vivência em ambientes complexos, com múltiplos stakeholders e necessidade de coordenação transversal;

✅Experiência prévia como PBP ou dentro da área de Recursos Humanos;

✅Condução de projetos globais implementados localmente;

✅Experiência prática com indicadores de RH, dashboards, análises cruzadas (remuneração × clima × performance × turnover). Atuação direta em análise de tendências, suporte a decisões estratégicas com base em dados;

✅Familiaridade com modelos estatísticos, lógica de data science aplicada a RH, uso ético e responsável de dados sensíveis.
