Objetivo:

Ser um embaixador da marca; Garantir que cada cliente seja tratado de acordo com as expectativas da Empresa.

Responsabilidades principais: ➡️Fornecer uma excelente experiência ao cliente, demonstrando conhecimento do produto, DNA e atendendo o cliente de acordo com a cerimônia do cliente da Empresa;

➡️Adaptar a experiência do cliente para superar suas expectativas, apoiando a equipe, fornecendo, orientando e garantindo o bom andamento da cerimônia de vendas;

➡️Construir e manter relacionamentos duradouros com os clientes atuais e identificar clientes potenciais para o futuro;

➡️Utilizar de forma ativa e proativa as ferramentas da empresa garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos individuais e da loja;

➡️Garantir o cumprimento das metas de vendas (KPI´s), para maximizar os resultados da empresa;

➡️Manter os padrões de organização e limpeza do estoque, área de vendas entre outros com a finalidade de aprimorar a experiência do cliente e de acordo com o procedimento da Empresa;

➡️Ter sua conduta sempre alinhada com as políticas, objetivos e iniciativas de vendas da empresa;

➡️Ser um membro proativo da equipe, mostrando respeito pelos colegas de trabalho, aceitando instruções e fornecendo feedback para apoiar as conquistas da loja e contribuir para um ambiente de trabalho positivo;

➡️Compreender e seguir todas as políticas e procedimentos da empresa relacionados a vendas e serviços;

➡️Executar outras atribuições conforme instruído;

➡️Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências de moda e assuntos de interesses atuais.

✅Ensino médio completo;

✅Experiência em vendas em varejo ou varejo de luxo;

✅Grande compreensão do atendimento ao cliente;

✅Excepcional habilidades de vendas, relacionamento e comunicação;

✅Habilidades para lidar com uma empresa internacional e saber priorizar as atividades de acordo com os objetivos apresentados;
