The posting

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Listing Execution Intern to join the Equity Admission team, within the PMCS department of Euronext's Primary Markets business line. The position will be based in Paris, and start in January 2027. You will report to the Head of Equity Listing Execution.

Within the PMCS department, the Equity Admission team oversees the initial admission of equity securities across Euronext's markets. Operating across Oslo, Amsterdam, Dublin and Paris, the team works closely together to support a diverse range of equity transactions, including IPOs, direct listings and private placements.

The team also plays an active role in enhancing operational efficiency and promoting the harmonisation of admission processes and market rules across the Group. In addition, it works alongside Sales teams and provides guidance to internal and external stakeholders, including issuers, legal advisers and investment banks, on Euronext's listing requirements, regulatory framework and admission procedures.

You will primarily be responsible for:

As a Listing Execution Intern, you will support the team in the analysis, coordination and execution of equity admission projects, gaining first-hand experience of the processes involved in bringing companies to the financial markets.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting issuer discussions and meetings: Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of meetings with companies considering a listing on Euronext, including discussions with senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Reviewing admission applications: Assist Equity Admission Managers in assessing applications for the initial admission of equity securities. This will involve reviewing corporate and financial documentation, analysing business models and transaction structures, identifying potential legal and regulatory issues, and examining post-trade arrangements.
  • Coordinating transaction execution: Monitor the progress of admission projects, follow up on outstanding requirements and coordinate with internal teams and external parties to help ensure transactions are completed in accordance with applicable rules and deadlines.
  • Producing analytical materials: Prepare summaries, project reports and presentations to support decision-making, track transaction progress and highlight key issues requiring attention.
  • Supporting cross-market initiatives: Participate in projects designed to streamline admission procedures, improve working methods and strengthen consistency across Euronext's different markets.

Your team and development opportunities

You will report directly to the Head of Equity Admission and work closely with Equity Admission Managers and colleagues across Euronext's international network.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in equity capital markets, develop analytical and project management skills, and understand the regulatory and operational requirements involved in listing transactions. You will also have the opportunity to interact with senior executives, financial market professionals and a broad range of stakeholders, while contributing to projects that support the continued development of Euronext's admission activities.

Your profile

  • You are in the final or penultimate year of a business school or university programme, with strong academic credentials.
  • You are pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Law or a related field.
  • You have a good understanding of equity capital markets (ECM) and an interest in financial markets and listing transactions.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical, research and drafting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • You are proactive, organised and results-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
  • You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working in an international team.
  • You are able to identify issues, think critically and develop practical solutions.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable preparing presentations and interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
  • You are fluent in French and English. Proficiency in other Euronext languages is an advantage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
