About the Client

Our client is a Kuwait-based company specializing in manufacturing and industrial solutions, including electrical systems and automation.

About the Role

The Project Engineer will join the Projects and Service Department, coordinating factory project execution and working with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve timely delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor project execution within the factory, tracking progress and resolving issues with the relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Negotiate technical and commercial matters with customers, consultants, and contractors to optimize costs and improve project profitability.
  • Agree on delivery schedules with stakeholders and follow up on commitments.
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers and consultants throughout project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate progress, delays, and required actions.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in project execution or coordination, preferably within manufacturing or electrical systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications, monitor schedules, and coordinate project activities.
  • Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
