IM AUFTRAG

Als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) in einer modernen, mittelständischen Kanzlei betreust du eigenverantwortlich Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen in allen Fragen rund um Finanzbuchhaltung, Bilanzierung und Jahresabschlüsse. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Steuerberater:innen und weiteren Kolleg:innen zusammen, übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Mandate und bringst deine fachliche Expertise aktiv ein.

Jahresabschlüsse & Bilanzierung

  • Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB für Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Branchen und Rechtsformen
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen
  • Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Finanzbuchhaltungen
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Bilanz- und GuV-Positionen
  • Vorbereitung aussagekräftiger Abschlussunterlagen

Finanzbuchhaltung & Reporting

  • Review und Qualitätssicherung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung und Auswertung betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen und Reports
  • Unterstützung unserer Mandant:innen bei buchhalterischen Fragestellungen

Steuerliche Mitwirkung

  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von betrieblichen und privaten Steuererklärungen
  • Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Betriebsprüfungen
  • Klärung steuerlicher Fragestellungen gemeinsam mit unserem Team

Mandantenbetreuung & Zusammenarbeit

  • Ansprechpartner:in für Bilanzierungs- und Buchhaltungsthemen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater:innen und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Serviceorientierte und vertrauensvolle Betreuung unserer Mandant:innen

Digitalisierung & Prozessoptimierung

  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Buchhaltungs- und Abschlussprozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Software- und Reportinglösungen
  • Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Dokumentationsstandards

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Bilanzierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV sowie MS Office
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen und Prozesse
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Mandant:innen und Kolleg:innen
  • Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
