Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen aus dem Getränkegroßhandel im Raum Köln, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n kaufmännische/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) für die Sachbearbeitung und Verwaltung.

Neben dem klassischen Getränkegroßhandel umfasst die Unternehmensgruppe weitere Tätigkeitsbereiche, unter anderem Handwerkerdienstleistungen und Facility Management. Dich erwartet daher ein abwechslungsreiches kaufmännisches Aufgabengebiet mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern und kurzen Entscheidungswegen.

Da die Position eng in das operative Tagesgeschäft eingebunden ist und vom persönlichen Austausch im Team lebt, ist eine regelmäßige Präsenz vor Ort ausdrücklich erwünscht und für die Tätigkeit erforderlich. Nach Absprache und sofern es die betrieblichen Abläufe ermöglichen, kann gelegentlich auch ein Homeoffice-Tag vereinbart werden.

  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung und Büroorganisation
  • Annahme und Koordination eingehender Telefonate sowie Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Kunden- und Geschäftsanfragen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und des Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen und Durchführung der Fakturierung, insbesondere für Handwerker- und Facility-Management-Dienstleistungen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Unterstützung bei der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung
  • Pflege und Bearbeitung kaufmännischer Vorgänge in den eingesetzten Warenwirtschafts- und Buchhaltungssystemen
  • Dokumentenmanagement sowie strukturierte digitale Ablage
  • Terminorganisation und Koordination interner und externer Ansprechpartner

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in Rechnungsstellung, Fakturierung und vorbereitender Buchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in Lexware, Addison oder vergleichbaren Buchhaltungsprogrammen
  • Kenntnisse in COPA oder einem vergleichbaren Warenwirtschaftssystem sind ein Plus
  • Branchenerfahrung im Getränkegroßhandel, Handwerksumfeld oder Facility Management ist von Vorteil
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten sowie Kommunikationsstärke, insbesondere am Telefon
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
