The posting

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days wfh) Location: Mandaluyong

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy timely, accurate data and machine learning solutions that directly align with and support strategic business use cases.
  • Execute key governance activities, including dataset mappings and data onboarding, to maintain overall data quality and integrity.
  • Uphold technical excellence and documentation standards while actively contributing to cross-functional operational processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize data workflows and advance overall operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to champion data best practices and enable scalable value realization across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, validating, and deploying machine learning models and quantitative data solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in data onboarding, dataset mapping, and applying structured data governance practices.
  • Proven ability to work alongside product managers, software developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills with a track record of upholding high technical standards and communicating insights effectively to non-technical partners.
