U teleprodaji bi tvoj glavni zadatak bio pozivanje korisnika, razumijevanje njihovih potreba i slaganje ponuda koje im najviše odgovaraju. Nije nužno da već imaš iskustva — proći ćeš plaćenu edukaciju i dobiti mentora koji će biti tu za tebe. Uz to ćeš moći puno toga naučiti i steći veliko iskustvo koje će ti koristiti kasnije na različitim pozicijama (ne samo unutar HT-a, nego i Deutsche Telekom Grupe)
